Did you know that April is Stress Awareness Month? I know, I had to laugh too, for we all are well aware of how stressful life can be. So join me for an evening of renewal and restoration as we explore breathwork, move through a gentle practice and end with a short but meaningful meditation. These practices will bring you back to the present moment, allow you to sink below the level of thoughts and leave you feeling peaceful and at ease.
