Co-Regulation Workshop with Molly 12pm-1pm

In this workshop we will talk about ways we can help our babies and toddlers regulate their emotions through modeling, honoring their cues and creating a deeper connection with your baby. Both parents and their babies/toddlers (2yrs and under) are encouraged to join.
