This class will include breathing, a brief meditation and a yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation referred to as “yogic sleep.” It is said that 1/2 hour of yoga Nidra = 2 hours of sleep.
Put on your pajamas, settle into a quiet spot, set your intention and relax.
50- 60 minute practice, appropriate for any level. No experience necessary.
