As the body unwinds, the sounds of live crystal bowls & chimes shimmer through the space...an invitation to let go and be held by sound. Join Kelley & Yannah for a 90 minute crystal bowl sound bath experience with an optional guided offering for gentle and restorative movement. Mats, props, pillows & blankets will be provided. Wear clothing that is comfortable for gentle movement or for rest. $25 per person. Cash or venmo accepted. All are welcome. No registration necessary.
