DESCRIPTION:Autumn Equinox Candlelight Restorative Yoga and Sound \nReady to let go of stress and tension and shift gears into the regenerative currents of autumn? The busy doing of summer is winding down\, and now is the time to transition from doing to being\, to slow down\, go deeper\, release\, and let go. \nAutumn is when we begin to unwind and sink into our core\, allowing our energy to be pulled inward and exhaling all that is no longer needed. We take an inward breath to begin the journey of connection\, contemplation\, and reflection while giving gratitude to all that we harvested throughout the summer. \nJoin in a candlelight restorative yoga session for deep relaxation followed by sound healing with crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments.
