Plant-based Eating; the basics with Nancy Ouimette, RYT200

A few minutes of gentle yoga followed by a hearty discussion by one passionate yogini! Nancy has had a life long interest in healthy eating. About 4 years ago, she chose a plant-based lifestyle after learning about the incredible health benefits. She earned the Plant-based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell in 2017. To further her plant-based skills, she completed the Forks over Knives Plant based Cooking Course in 2017 and then went on to complete the Plant-based Professional Certificate in 2018 from Rouxbe Online Culinary School. She is passionate about what she has learned and loves sharing the benefits with others.
